Chad Ferrell
Pastor
Chad and Christy have been married since 2008 and have three sons: Grayson, Bowen, and Miller. They met during high school at their local church in Durham, NC and have lived in Durham, NC, India, and Clemson, SC. Christy is a stay-at-home mom and disciple-maker. In 2013, Chad began serving at Crosspoint Church in Clemson, SC as a Generation Link Pastoral Resident and transitioned to Director of Missions in 2014. Chad earned a B.S. in Communication from Appalachian State University and an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest. Chad and Christy have a great desire to see disciples made and the nations reached.

Eric Hammett
Lay Pastor
Eric and Mary met through collegiate ministry at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC, and married in 2018. Mary works in human resources and opens the home to pursue others intentionally. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from Winthrop in 2017, Eric served as a Generation LINK resident at Winthrop BCM while taking classes at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary remotely and serving as a Worship Leader at Northside Baptist Church. Eric and Mary moved to Charlotte in January 2020 and became part of the core group at Kingβs Church. Eric now works full-time in sales to serve Kingβs Church as a lay pastor. Eric and Maryβs desire is to see the nations reached through faithful discipleship in the local church.

Alex Lehman
Lay Pastor
Alex currently serves as one of the pastors of Kingβs Church. Originally from Indiana, Alex came to Christ in the foothills of Ethiopia, and met his wife, Emily, doing short-term missions in China. Before arriving at Kingβs, Alex spent over ten years in corporate leadership and served as a lay pastor at Sent Church in Charlotte with hopes of church planting one day. Alex earned a B.S. in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from Indiana University; an M.Div. and an M.A. in Christian Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary; and has been accepted as a PhD candidate in Historical & Theological Studies at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Emily serves as a faithful homemaker and disciple maker of their four children (Ellie, Julia, Will, and Theo). Together, Alex and Emily hope to help restless hearts find rest in Christ.

Jordan Giuliani
Womenβs Discipleship Coordinator
Before serving with King's Church, Jordan served three years at Crosspoint Church in Clemson, SC as a GenerationLINK resident working in kids ministry and college ministry at Clemson University. As a resident at Crosspoint, Jordan had the opportunity to lead a SummerLINK trip to Charlotte alongside Chris who would be her husband just two years later. Chris is a graphic designer at UNC Charlotte. Jordan holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Southern Wesleyan University and an M.A. in Christian Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is thankful for the privilege to serve as the Women's Discipleship Coordinator. She has a passion to disciple and provide leadership among women and see them grow in the likeness of Christ.

Nate Jacques
Pastoral Assistant
Nate and Haley met while at Clemson University and have been married since 2023. Haley currently works in the medical field where she joyfully shows the love of Christ to patients and coworkers. After graduating with a B.S. in Biochemistry from Clemson University, Nate worked in the medical field prior to serving as a Generation LINK resident for 2 years at Kingβs Church. Nate is currently a Pastoral Assistant overseeing the college ministry at Kingβs Church while enrolled at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in the M.Div. program. Nate longs to see all people experience the living hope found in Jesus.

Adam Moore
Deacon of Finances
Adam and Hannah met at Kingβs Church and were married in 2026. Hannah works in physical therapy, showing Christβs compassion and care to those around her. After earning a B.S in Mathematical Sciences at Clemson University in 2023, Adam moved to Charlotte where he began working as an actuary. That same year, he joined Kingβs Church as a member and now serves as the deacon of finance. Adam and Hannah desire to see people grow in their love for God and others.

Ben Oliver
Deacon of Missionary Care
Ben serves as the deacon of missionary care at Kingβs Church. After graduating from Clemson in 2022, he moved to Charlotte and became a member of the church, diving into community and discipleship. Since then, he has helped lead two short-term trips to South Asia to visit and support the missionaries sent out from our church. He has a heart for our missionaries and is passionate about Kingβs Church and loving our missionaries well.

Lake Summers
Deacon of Hospitality
Lake and Anna met at Clemson University where they both graduated from in 2021 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Computer Engineering respectively. They both served on SummerLink at Kingβs Church in 2021, moved here shortly thereafter, and got married in 2023. Lake works at Vanguard as a quantitative research developer and Anna works at Global Refuge as an applications administrator. Lake and Anna are both passionate about making newcomers feel welcomed, and fostering a community where disciples are made and we grow alongside one another in Christ.
